I’m currently in one of those lawsuits by ambulance chasing fucks. I’m being sued by a blind person because my company website doesn’t cater for the blind. It never ends. It’s a thing. This after being sued for prop 65 violation a few years back. The system is severely broken.
I don’t even know where to start with that. Crazy

Yep I figured that but it’s a thing and wanted to raise the awareness if you have a website and you have traffic implement the widgets to make it accessible and save yourself the grief and a bunch of corn

Federal I believe. Prop 65 is just California but how’s this. If someone in another state buys something that is not prop 65 compliant and sends it to a Californian they can sue. So this means even not selling your gooods to California doesn’t protect you. I was sued by someone in Pennsylvania
But I would actually love to see #[1] to provide interpretive dance videos for all podcast content.
