If you don’t think people will use it because it’s more expensive, then why’d you make the change to allow them to use it?

And to further steel man, it has been possible because of Libra relay and even knots large configuability options to build transactions with large op returns if you really wanted to.

Peter Todd may have had a point that if we don't stop this at consensus, then we cannot stop CSAM or other from being mined at some point and that is where we are now, potentially introducing a UASF.

Idk maybe I have been trying to see the other side of this debate and its starting to fuck with my brain haha
