Depends on what you drink and what you’re willing to spend. What do you like drinking? What’s the highest you’re willing to spend?

I don't know what I like to drink honestly, I don't know much about coffee, I've had it before but I don't really know the differences
My wife likes lattes and I like a good, creamy espresso so when we got married we bought the Breville espresso maker with the grinder on top. It’s around $600 but has lasted us 6+ years (with regular cleaning).
For low cost drip coffee, a pour-over that takes a filter is easy and really inexpensive.
For espresso you could get an espresso machine pretty cheap that won’t have a milk steamer. But you can also get a Moka and make an espresso on the stove.
