To all those health/wellness folks out here, my last bottle of shampoo just ran out and I'm looking to get something more natural. Any suggestions?

if you still want to use shampoo, i’d recommend lush shampoos! i don’t use them everyday, just maybe twice a week. they’re made from natural ingredients and have been great for my hair. you could also just use the conditioners, that’s what i mostly do.

i tried the no poo method, and it worked for a while ish. if you do, get a boar bristle brush, it’s really good to distribute the hair oils so they’re not all concentrated on your scalp.

whether your hair is dyed or not also plays a huge role in what’s the best for ur hair

Thanks ill take a look!

yes ofc :)!

Oh I've actually gotten this for my kids before. Is it strong enough for adults?

Yes it’s the only shampoo we use in our house.

A natural dish soap (works the same and usually quite inexpensive compared to branded natural shampoo) or a shampoo bar might be worth a try.

The holiest of soaps!

I try to use nothing on my hair and just let my natural oils do their thing, but when my hair gets dirty, salty, or chlorinated, I use Dr. Bronner’s. I’m still on the lookout for a good, natural conditioner though

I use wax in my hair during the day so it tends to attract a lot of dirt and grime. The days I stay home all day and don't go out or use wax I'll generally just rinse

Main & tail the one with the Horse…

It’s safe & owned by the family still

We use Camamu shampoo bars (specifically the burdock one). Best thing I have used on my hair. https://camamusoap.com/

Thanks for the suggestion! I'm looking into shampoo bars now
