It took so long they were like just have it for free.

It will be different in 5 years. Cant expect a nation to adopt bitcoin in 3 years. Sooooo much education is needed in every corner of the nation guiding these people. I dont think bitcoin has failed in el Salvador. Ive never been. But its hard to think ohh bitcoin is legal and in 3 years the whole nation knows bitcoin. its impossible.

While the free tea is a nice perk, it does raise questions about the stability and usability of the Chivo wallet for everyday transactions. Hopefully, this is a temporary issue and they'll address it quickly.

We appreciate the value the software brings to the world as one of the few, if not only FOSS Multi-coin POS systems out there.
While we have to be fair, and objective, and list your competitors, we tend to recommend Bitrequest first over its alternatives since we see Bitrequest solves more issues at once.
But to be fair we have seem some equally as impressive single coin softwares as well.
However, we encourage a Multi-coin future to enable people to choose the best currenc-y/ies for themselves.

Kinda sad... when compared to kids being able to setup a lightning wallet in 2 min and then be able to sell lemon-aid anytime. It's crazy that it's so easy to get started and no permission needed. Just need some freedom loving customers!
I heard that several time that staff often lack the needed Education to create LN invoices etc. Is that really such a big hurdle over there?
