I like Heinz Ketchup, but I refuse to use it unless it comes in a glass bottle with a screw cap.

Yeah, that was superior in many ways, once you get a bit of physics technique down. Though I suppose few people got that physics technique down? So, they went squeeze, and plastic, and waste, and mess. ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™‚๏ธ

I buy Tiptree ketchup in a glass bottle these days.

There was a scientific experiment a few years ago to identify the best way to extract the ketchup from the bottle.

For glass bottles the technique is to tap the neck of the bottle with your wrist after you have inverted it before opening the lid.

So you buy my local ketchup! Tiptree is lovely ketchup. You have excellent taste

Really?

Yes, it's the best ๐Ÿ‘

Well, Tiptree is in Essex, but I can neither confirm nor deny that I live in Tiptree

You live in a Ketchup factory? ๐Ÿ˜ณ

๐Ÿ˜…

Tiptree farm in Essex need to spin up a btcpayserver if they still sell eggs๐Ÿง‘๐Ÿผโ€๐ŸŒพ๐Ÿณ

I am very much a Stokeโ€™s sauce supremacist, all theirs are in glass bottles. And their brown sauce is my favourite

Tiptree is also good ๐Ÿ˜

in: fresh tomatoes with salt and pepper

out: ketchup

Plus red wine vinegar, sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, celery salt, mustard powder, and one whole clove. ๐Ÿ‘Œ

no need to recreate the ketchup

hereโ€ฆ itโ€™s only the first of september

We have a glut of tomatoes right now ๐Ÿ˜‚

We didn't win anything for them at the local show, so I enclose the post of my prize winning apples ๐Ÿ˜‚

i like them apples.

what variety are they? iโ€™m something of an apple connoisseur - my twins are basically made of apples and toast ( because thatโ€™s all that I could eat when I was pregnant with them).

I don't know, we inherited the orchard with the house, they are eaters, that's all I can tell you.

We made dam fine cider tho, we use two thirds of our eaters and one third of of our cookers as a rough mix.

One a year the whole village comes over and we spend a couple of hours drinking tea and eating cake while around 8 of us make the cider.

Then in the summer we hold a solstice party and drink it ๐Ÿ˜‚

Oh. Eaters and cookers ๐Ÿคฃ

That's as technical as I get ๐Ÿ˜‚

I don't know I don't love having to slap the side of the bottle fifteen times during the course of the meal.

There is a technique, scientifically proven

Tap the neck of the bottle with the side of your hand.

You can thank me later ๐Ÿ‘
