Learn how to take a compliment. Sheesh.
It's his choice of words for the first time meeting someone.. And your preconceived notion of him being a weirdo manifesting.
He was basically telling you that you have a nice body.
Some women may take that as a compliment.
I view it as sorta creepy, unnecessary comment from a stranger guy. Male gaze.
Exactly why I tend to dress modestly in public cuz I don’t appreciate stranger guys leering at my body!
