If you give CLN the same description and amount it will return an existing offer if one exists so it's not something we can fix on our end. Maybe nostr:npub1qtvl2em0llpnnllffhat8zltugwwz97x79gfmxfz4qk52n6zpk3qq87dze could add an additional secret to the message that needs to be put in the offer?
