I didn't realize the addresses were all public, yeah that could be problematic. If you give CLN the same description and amount it will return an existing offer if one exists so it's not something we can fix on our end. Maybe nostr:npub1qtvl2em0llpnnllffhat8zltugwwz97x79gfmxfz4qk52n6zpk3qq87dze could add an additional secret to the message that needs to be put in the offer?
or just implement LNURL... but it's good to know that coinos can be used for bolt12
