Is there any way to get #bitcoin without going through an exchange ? assuming you don't know any #btc holder .. good enough who would trust you that you would send money in exchange .. and also pay for the fees ?

Yep, good for them, really hanging their balls out on the line. But they’re right, it *is* a scam. Populace and tax base control measures masquerading as anti terrorism and everyone goes along with it, hook line and sinker. Time to push back.
Get to know local bitcoiners, make it known you have fiat cash to trade for sats. Do the transaction in person.
