I would like help, yes, but not personalized help. I'd like a document I can read or a button I can push in Amthest or a set of term I can query an LLM about or something else along those lines.

Can I give you some home work? Your first step is the figure out which relays you would like to store your content. There are many options and the most important part is to know who the operator is and trust that person. Why do I need to trust the relay operator? With what am I entrusting them? Is there a document that explains at least the basics of what Amthest is doing / wants me to do?
Because they are the ones hosting your content and can moderate you anytime they want. On Nostr, you control your keys. But the content is managed by relays, either by you or by operators. And you need to trust them to keep your content and not track you and your follows.
Maybe it could be a good idea to have the UI helping with WoT information about each relay?
It could help selecting relays to know what my contacts are using?

i don't know about amethyst but jumble had some helpful warnings about my relay settings. maybe check out jumble.
i don't know how all this stuff works either. it's confusing af and i don't have time or mental energy for unnecessary complexity. seems to work well enough, tho.

I just updated and now I have more relays than follows. one of them kept sending me error messages after each post urging me to pay up. found that one in my "search" relays and deleted it, errors are gone. I have no idea what's going on but my client seems to work?
That's the goal. You SHOULD have more relays than follows.
