Some people think the more people you follow when you first start on Nostr the better 👍 because of a lack of algorithm.
Another thing some people believe is a good way to get started instead of mass following is to list down some of the things they are interested in, then maybe you can get some suggestions on hashtags or people to follow. Can find a lot of interesting stuff that way. Its also a great way to build out your “Web of Trust” with people that are interested and building the same things as you. Maybe just only start following off of those peoples’ follow lists, and build out from there.

This is a great source to get you started if you have questions about parts of the Nostr process. If you are not a fan, DON’T GIVE UP. At least try a different Client first. What client/clients are you currently using? Some popular ones I see that people use a lot are Amethyst, Damus, Primal, and Nostur, Openvibe/Plebstr. It’s important to try and keep this alive and moving forward. Join us!
