You do the following for 75 days
1. Follow a diet of your choosing. No cheat days. No alcohol. (I am doing ketovore, no processed food or keto "treats", no grains of any kind)
2. Two 45-min wotkouts. One outside. I found scaling these to my current fitness level was key. I havr made great progress without injury by doing so.
3. Drink 1 gallon water
4. Read 10 pages of a non fiction book
5. Take a photo of your progress (this is for you, you do not have to post it.)
