You definitely need to give Amber network permission or else it can't work. We tested on Amber and Chromium yesterday on Android and it working great.
you can also just hop into the room without nostr login and just type your name. that's always an option signers don't work.
We're on break in August, probably in sept/oct for mobile, depending how much of a pain app stores are
