now look up the benefits.
I've drank coffee long enough to know the benefits are overstated and the downside is downplayed.
these are all side effects if you consume too much, one light coffee per day doesn't produce any of these at least for me yet you can enjoy the drink
The harmful substances in coffee are cumulative, which means they add up over the years. It's not just how much coffee you have daily, but for how long you've been using.
Here's some signal:
- coffee is somewhere between a seed/bean soup as far as your gut is concerned
- the mycotoxins and molds in coffee are cumulative; small doses add up over decades.
- raised blood pressure is never a benefit
- anxiety/shakiness are real effects
- caffeine interfers with our own brain's circadian rythm management
- dependency and withdrawal are signs it's not healthy
I like coffee, but I've noticed these effects add up over time and stress the body.
