there are many brokers that are dedicated to that. you just need to know few.. check prices on whatsapp and that's it. then you go visit or they bring you the money where you are. In this case I know some that would typically have good rates.. so I gave him the reference and that's it.. they have an office you go there and trade

Use lnp2pbot in Telegram even if you have a broker already.
