I'm thinking that next year we should organise Gen X Nostr Slow Fest. You come and you do whatever tf you want. No speakers, at least not sober, we drink and eat whatever we want, and no tickets are sold. But we start early, because we're old.

I don't think Balaton is the best option for a gathering, at all. Hungary, the Czech Republic and Slovakia are the best price-wise. But we can make recommendations, since we all want to get out of the cities where we live. If I had to recommend something in Austria, it would be Graz. It's the most alive city. So let's make a list and see where we're going with it.
