No, lots of us are maybe learning that Lightning development is hard and isn't a super bullet, but devs have said this from the beginning.

Shitcoiners just got up people's arses and got them to say stupid things like "lightning solved bitcoin scaling" and it echoed. Lightning hasn't solved scaling... Yet. Development is hard, making choices is harder still, but we know what TYPE of upgrades can help us scale, so I'm not worried about the future of lightning.

No. A specific developer has announced that he was going to stop working on lightning and focus on on chain development. He did mention a vulnerability within the same sort of time which is a shame because I spoke to him after and although it read like that, the two things are unrelated.

Maybe, but not any time soon. In fact there will be a literal fork in the future in order to fix a time bug, but Devs aren't trying to fix that right now because we have time and don't need to rock the boat just yet.
