I do 2 times a week "leg day" (that is secretly butt day) hahahah 1 ful body pilates or yoga day (on sluggish days it turns to just a sauna day), 2 times a week arms/back/chest and 2 cardio days

I'm actually super happy with my progress, but it's all built by me ahahhaha no genetics.. if it were up to my genetics I would be skin and bone ahhahahahah
Thatโs a genetic gift in itself as you age. Youโll be happy itโs hard to put on weight when youโre older.
If itโs a challenge now, add more fuel. Protein and calories are your friend as long as youโre working out.

Worked up to it over time.
6 days per week:
Alternate squats one day (with upper body push day) and deadlifts the next (with upper body pull day). Calves every day and sometimes other stuff thrown in if I feel good.
One day per week: kettle bell swings, jump rope, and/or a long hike
I read an article a f ew years ago that challenged the myth that legs need to heal from workouts and suggested that daily leg workouts are good for the rest of the body, hormones, etc.
People are supposed to be on their feet every day.

Add some lunges or sprints (especially up hill or stairs) and thatโs even better.
Damn. My health has really taken a hit. Just checked the steps on the Health appโฆ Barely get 3000-4000 steps in a day. Living in a dormitory + packed scheduleโฆ

hahahahah I feel you, that was a year ago too... working from home and studying from home.. bur I feel like walking is the most important for me in the day, even if I skip a workout I need a good walk
You listen to any music or podcasts on a walk? Or just living in silence?
all three ahahhaha depends on the mood... but I'm big on day dreaming so a nice long walk in silence is such a vibe, also I'm a super fast walker so I kind of get a bit of a high from just walking and my thoughts racing and ideas flowing ahahhahahahaha
Yessss, I either get into whatever mood my playlist is taking me or just a walking Einstein pondering up on life.
I should take more of them, but I really am not a fan of the cold weather๐
