I HATE anticipation! I feel like the job market now has swung wildly away from labor really suddenly and it's so frustrating to go through weeks and many multiple interviews and practice assignments etc. only to have it come down to.... Ok just wait and see! Fingers crossed!

I chose a reasonably well paying career path with a shortage of workers which seemed interesting enough to hold my attention and got myself trained up for it. Took a few years, but now I have to turn down job offers from time to time.
