good thing you're rich enough to either buy raw milk fresh or milk the animal yourself ;)
Made chai with raw milk today, and it's up there with the best chai I've ever had, which was in a Rajasthani village. I've been fighting against pasteurized "safe for human consumption" milk for more than a decade to recreate that taste and now I know it's because the milk they used was just really, really fresh. I just used a full cup of milk this time too and not half milk and half water like I grew up doing. It was the dumbest and easiest chai I've ever made. Amazing. Never going back.

Along with ground beef mixed with organ meat apparently too. It's all sold as pet food for some ungodly reason.
