What do people use for seed storage? I like the idea of using steel washers but a little nervous about having multiple pieces vs a single plate.

Nice and inconspicuous though, especially if you normally have a lot of parts/tools etc around. Just put them on a bolt with a nylock nut and store them where you feel safe.

The number of plates I have messed up with the punch is redicuouse - probably just me though.

And the ones with all the little scrabble letters freak me out even more… what if they get loose from the plate!! 😱

YES! No loose letters. I wouldn’t trust that.

Punched plates look ok. I am eyeing the one that has a grid and you just put a dot. Very nice

These are the best I've used & will priced.

Permanent marker your seed plate before you grab the punch.

Tough question. Tougher to answer. Person and situation dependent. That and revealing a personal method seems like a terrible idea. Nyms or no. #[2] has some great write ups though.

Washers better than paper but make sure you number them. Checkout seedmint npub1zj0q0eseamwn9er4drf3jl3kufc0fddsfrr0v54l2mlfqenah7ysxuy9th

#[3] was the npub I posted above

I would prefer the washers options so I don't endup on database for crypto wallet

One day my steel plate will be a treasure hunt in itself, the amount of attempts I made on some of them. Instead of remembering 24 words I only have to remember a couple of them 🤣😖
