- magnesium glycinate

- l-theanine

- glycine

- raw honey

Add the above to a small glass of raw kefir. Drink at sunset. No calories after.

Eliminate all bright light from the home after sunset. Blue light filters on all devices. Ensure room is cold at night. Ensure proper nose breathing (no snoring).

I’ve used mouth taping to ensure proper nose breathing and prevent snoring until it stopped working (according to my gf). Any other recommendations?
