Compress it with handbrake (free desktop video processing application). It should help a lot with the file size. Then use Nostr.build website to upload and share the link.

Nooope I remember using it 4 months ago but when apps allowed file uploads in the app I forgot all about it.

Now it's even better as the media hosting service sees your npub when you upload, some protocol nip spec. So when you go to nostr.build all your uploads are there (also it will let you upload bigger files from inside the client.... Whatever the tier says I forget). Just sayin
Apps are using image upload services under the hood. Here’s the setting in Damus. The upload limit is 25 MB for free accounts if I’m not mistaken. 
You can use YouTube?
Hey brother, I just watched your video on Reddit and wished I saw it here first. Buy a Nostr.build account and upload the video there. That's your best option.
