When they first started only a handful of employees knew about bitcoin. As time went on and they hosted financial literacy classes (2 of the 5 weeks were Bitcoin classes) more people started stacking and buying in their own. Amazing story actually. An example was a company an embroidery company in Kentucky who used bitcoin to incentivize their employees to stick around!
