Also serves as a proof of work test. If the employee doesn’t want to do the work to understand the value prop of getting paid in BTC, they may not be as valuable to your company as someone who would do the work.

The energy changes when everyone’s bought into BTC as well. X vs NOSTR is a great example. Collaboration>>competition

When they first started only a handful of employees knew about bitcoin. As time went on and they hosted financial literacy classes (2 of the 5 weeks were Bitcoin classes) more people started stacking and buying in their own. Amazing story actually. The business world is sleeping on this!! Share this far and wide.
