People who can’t be drafted shouldn’t have the right to vote for war (or for things that might instigate it like the weapons shipments to a proxy conflict), agreed. It’s not even about sex: it’s about people voting themselves benefits while being uniquely insulated from the consequences of their choices.

+ so you didn't pay Federal taxes this year? You can't vote because you have "no skin in the game" (as some Kenyan noted).

I’d say “net payer” and I wouldn’t just count “pay taxes”. Depending on jurisdiction, you have people that RECEIVE more from things like tax returns and school credits than they pay in. Only the people with a NET payment should vote. Not specifying that would allow a lot of “tax payers” to pay $20, receive $80 and then vote for another $20 more.
