Recently discovered BRI (body roundness index) instead of BMI. I like it much better because BRI says I’m healthy. BMI says I’m overweight.
BMI does that for muscular people. Never heard of BRI. Ill check it out

I’d have to lose 25 pounds to be considered healthy with BMI and I do cardio 4-5 days a week. Not even sure how I could lose 25lbs without starving myself.
