We're having a chillaxed Christmas this year.
Just put some pork belly pieces on the little portable smoker grill with some hickory chips.

Chillax is the best Christmas'. Our cheat code is to do the big cookup with friends/family in the morning. Then just relax with the kids for the rest of the day. Big family nap
