I’m on the hunt for a meal/calorie tracking mobile app that doesn’t constantly hound me. MyFitnessPal is okay, but it’s a bit too sneaky in tracking my every move to serve more ads. Any recommendations?

Depends on if you’re training (weightlifting, cycling etc) or just trying to shed pounds. If it’s the latter just fast or go on the omad diet. I also find playing blitz chess burns a shit ton of calories
