πŸ’― also a teapot πŸ‘

Not weird at all haha just rather fancy 😊

I love the idea πŸ’œ

i use the same bodum press for making tee works amazing! ^^

I’ve done it like this for years.

Yes πŸ™ŒπŸ» I make

Usually meant for coffee isn’t it?

I never use mine for coffee because the grounds still mix into the coffee. I mainly use AeroPress or Chemex. But this works great for loose leaf tea.

Interesting idea, will try next time. Which tea do you use?

Usually Golden Assam or English Breakfast.

I used to, but either I didn't get a nice press or I was doing something wrong because leaves were everywhere when I pressed πŸ˜‚

I never had that problem. Just make sure the screen is on tight and it’s not bent.

πŸ§ πŸ’‘πŸ‘πŸ»

Hmmm...πŸ˜πŸ€”πŸ§

I learn something new every day!πŸ™πŸ˜†πŸ‘

Do you use it back and forth between coffee and tea? I usually do coffee and I tried once to do tea and it tasted awful!

Not really. If I were to alternate, I would clean it out completely in the dishwasher, but I don’t make coffee in this because I have other ways I like more.

It's the only way i make my loose leaf tea now.

Speaking of that, A pot sounds real nice about now. Gonna brew some tea.

Weird. Both of us

That would require me to clean the french press after making coffee.

Or you could just use something better designed for coffee. 😁

all the time...super easy to clean and you can store the leaves for second/third use πŸ˜‚

dunno. i just put in hot water

I used to. After a couple of moves our french press is no longer with us.

User innovations are the source of many great products.

How long will it be before the french press is marketed to tea drinkers?

Perhaps it can be redesigned for the tea aesthetic.

I should test market this idea.

It makes sense, I don't have one though...
