My friend built a house… heated by a bitcoin miner.
6 kW hydro Antminer heats the whole 140 m² (1500 ft²) home plus hot water for the bathroom.
He called this a “Bitcoin Shower Project” but I think it’s a Hashpunk Citadel 🔥

This is awesome what do the numbers look like? Water heater usually takes big chunk of electric bill but if ur getting sats its like a rebate.

I guess what I’d really like to know is if someone who has an existing hot water heater could do something similar, and some details on how to get going. I understand bitcoin and miners, but haven’t owned one yet.
