Been doing daily 18hr fasts for the past couple of months. Brutal!

Count me in, let's try and do some dry fasting some other time as well.

Can't this time since I'm flying and that's already dehydrating - definitely down to do at some point though!

What's the TLDR on extra benefits that's supposed to bring? I haven't studied the difference between dry/wet fasting

Your mitochondria make more deuterium depleted water. I haven't done a deep dive into this yet and have only dry fasted for 24 hours right after a 24 hour wet fast, but what seems to be thrown around around is that 1 day of dry fasting is equivalent to around 3 days of water fasting.

Wrapping up day 4 of #Fasting now, which will tie my previous record.

Steak sounds incredibly tasty right now, but the temptation is manageable as my body is very well-accustomed to ketosis (almost 1.5 years now)

Made the decision to go crazy and extend until Saturday, to crush my PR and make it 6 days.
