Itβs not healthy, just stack and chill.
The issue is itβs too liquid, nobody monitors the price swings on their property like this.
The hardest discipline is often restraint..... sitting tight while evrything else tempts you into risk. In the end, HODL is the chill strategy: low time preference, zero counterparty risk, maximum sovereignty...π«Άπ¬οΈπ§‘

Passive action (ie inaction) is one the hardest things you'll ever not do.
Being early can feel a lot like being wrong.
Perhaps doing nothing will correct some of your perceived mistakes?

Probably because you enjoy being involved, but HODL means hands off and letting it do it's own thing.
So, maybe the way to be able to do that is by getting busy with something else where personal involvement is preferable. π€ then there may not be enough time to also mess around with the bitcoin that you want to HODL.
