Are we living off of only one sauce for the rest of our lives or we can eat only one sauce with other food?

Iโ€™m going with melted grass fed butter w/ fleur de sel

donโ€™t think iโ€™ve heard of that before ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿค”

fleur de sel?

itโ€™s a hand harvest kind of sea salt.

the wikipedia entry is wrong.

itโ€™s called โ€œflower of saltโ€ because in the season where conditions are right for collecting the salt, violets bloom on the shores of the area it originally was harvested, which gave it a slight purple tinge, and slight taste of flowers.

another part missing from wikipedia is the โ€œpaludiersโ€ (the salt gatherers) weโ€™re traditionally women, because the work required patience and finesse, and the coastal French culture associated these traits as stronger in women.

Fleur de sel butter was my favorite part about living in France ๐Ÿฅฒ

How would you rate your experience living there? ๐Ÿค”

sounds dreamy. ๐Ÿ™‚

then again, some time in Montreal with grass fed butter and local maple syrup doesnโ€™t sound too bad ๐Ÿ

Thank you so much for this ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ Really interesting history behind it also

Really good clarifying question actually ๐Ÿ˜†
