Funny - I was today years old when I found the GovC site. Not surprisingly, they don’t have what I need.
If you have the budget for it, I consider Eberlestock mainframe to be the best.
Alpz Outdoor Commander is a decent frame for a reasonable price.
Budget option: army surplus Alice frame, but you may have to do some searching and buy frame and straps separately.
