Not from a security POV, no.
I want to reward the open source companies penalize everything else for #Bitcoin's sake.
Security is what I was thinking of, but makes sense
Coldcard is very popular and Coinkite has been iterating on the hardware and firmware for a long time; if it was open source I would use it.
Lol when ledger sends your private keys to third parties? That's not a concern for privacy?
