And 3 months later I was finally able to get the framing finished. So far the only cost has been some lag bolts of $25. I’ll have to buy some metal for the roofing material but I’d say we saved several thousand dollars by cutting these cedar trees down ourselves and getting them milled.

I will admit, #carpentry is not my strong attribute, but I think it’ll hold to our OK winds.
