Defamation or fake news . There is no right of free speech you can use if you are saying something untrue about someone else.
The problem is that she wants a small group of people to decide what constitutes fake news. Even if she were sincere (and we have every reason to think that she is not), that kind of power creates serious moral hazard with terrible consequences for the society.
Defamation, incitement to violence, and threats are already against the law in the U.S.
They just give it a fancy name like “disinformation” and the sheep follow. Many of my friends are included. I’ve been able to wake a few.
