Get lean in a hurry. 💦

1. Upon waking, get sun then do fasted zone 2 cardio. Graze on whole fruit till noon.

2. Have a large, low fat, animal based meal at lunch. Eat liver (dessicated daily or 1oz fresh weekly) and oysters (canned 2-3 x week) to provide metabolic cofactors. Coffee if tolerated.

3. Have salty bone broth with extra collagen around supper (3PM).

4. Dry fast until the next day (15-16 hours). Do stretching and lymph work before bed. Use magnesium glycinate + l-theanine + inositol to aid sleep.

Run 6 days on and then 1 day off and repeat until body fat at ~10%.

sounds pretty healthy.

do you have more details on the lymph work? (youtube video or something I can look up)

I've gravitated towards using a vibration plate for 10 mins while doing gentle lymph massage on the Big 6 and face/glymph area.

Also sneak in a red light sesh as 10 mins is a long time to stand in one place while your lymphatic system is shook clean.

thank you laser

Time to get ripped, sir.

Liver is easy for me to get, oysters not so much. Just the liver then, or any alternative to oyster? Thanks Laser⚡️

Cant sugar fast without liver+oysters.

"Deficiencies impair energy metabolism and hormone production."

Eating natural sugars with impaired energy metabolism or hormone production is a recipe for a health disaster.

Really appreciate this! 🫡

Would the boiled ones be better than olive oil? Or does it not really matter? I just know a lot of olive oil secretly has seed oils in it

If you have access to fresh oysters, it's much better to purchase every week and eat raw or boil/steam if worried about food-borne pathogens.

I think steamed oysters with homemade ponzu sauce and grated daikon radish is excellent.

I actually rinse these in a sieve because I highly doubt this isn't one of those sketchy olive oil "blends".

A couple times a year I fly in my favorite oysters in the world:

Yeah I saw Otter Kingdom sells boiled oysters in a can so I figured those would probably be better than olive oil

This is a cheat code for melting off body fat while revving up the metabolism.

I wanted to run it long term but it looks like I'll be below 10% in less than a month.

Need others to try.
