Question regarding muun wallet:

After waiting nearly a month for my on-chain transaction out of Muun to clear, only to be purged, I am now trying to remove my funds to a lightning wallet (Phoenix or Blixt, or even WoS)

The majority of funds have been moved and I have just under 2,500 sats left in Muun. I can't seem to get them out .. apparently the network fees are too high .. on lightning!?? 🤔 .. can anyone explain?

Likely because of their model. It's an on-chain wallet that speaks LN. If you have have enough sats to cover the swap, the tx won't go through.

This is bull💩!

I've had my entire balance out of Muun before, I can't even send a 21 sat zap ⚡, it says I don't have the necessary funds (like 5,000 sats or something) ..

Muun does not speak lightning ⚡!

It's always been an on chain wallet that can generate/pay LN invoices (with fees)

TLDR - Use Phoenix

I'm on it .. just been trying to move everything off Muun and now it looks like 2,500 sats are stuck with them ..

Yes, swap fees. Sounds like they have a threshold for amounts you can swap.

Daylight robbery! .. no better than the banks!

🤔 But I mean Phoenix charges you a minimum of 3k sats for opening a channel. That is comparable to the cost of a submarine swap by Muun.

You could try to send some sats back to Muun and then extract it altogether to WoS.

I'm still learning about channel things .. this will be absorbed, in time

As for Muun, I may try sending more funds and then withdraw .. thanks 🤙🏼

🤙🙃

This worked .. thank you 🤙🏼
