Roasted vegetable ravioli and spinach tortellini with chicken breast, mushrooms, parmesan cream sauce, and roasted elephant garlic!
Elephant garlic is really a leek; they say it tastes like regular garlic, but I think it tastes โgreenerโ and leeky. It was pretty good roasted to jamminess with golden yellow grass fed butter and a splash of white wine!
