Switching from get alby to coinos

Do I have to first disconnect get alby?

Can I just copy the coinos info over the get alby information in Amethyst?

I tried copying over the information but was unable to send.🤔

In case anyone needs step by step instructions, (and in case I ever need to do this again) I have typed up the process and attached them to this note.
