there should be a list Interests to add during the onboarding and behind those interests a collection of different more specific hashtags to follow

Is following hashtags actually a good idea in practice? I find the hashtag signal-to-noise ratio usually too low.
We are open to ideas on how to improve discoverability
Rather than hashtags, they should have a list of relais with 3 metadata each:
- Top 10 trending topics
- Top 10 trending people
- Top 10 trending hashtags
