But I don’t know how many boards you have and that looks like a lot more than 63 heat sinks

It looks like 50 heat sinks per board
You stated you have 25 hash boards
So 50*25 = 1250
So that’s my official guess
Dammit I see the extra 3 now…so
53 * 25 = 1325
