Pavel Tsatsouline has said he's doing exclusively kettlebell swings nowadays. He's not what I'd call bulky, but appears to have ridiculous core strength and flexibility. I know a guy doing 100 swings with 100 lbs. daily and he's not huge, either. Don't let him hug you, though, or you will die.

He wrote a book specifically for women called From Russia with Tough Love. I haven't read it personally, but I hear good things.
