Are Kettlebells good for women too? Especially when you don't want to bulk up like a man.

Pavel Tsatsouline has said he's doing exclusively kettlebell swings nowadays. He's not what I'd call bulky, but appears to have ridiculous core strength and flexibility. I know a guy doing 100 swings with 100 lbs. daily and he's not huge, either. Don't let him hug you, though, or you will die.
You will not get bulky at all. A lot of guys actually complain that they feel healthy and strong but dont get the muscles to show

bulking up comes from constantly increasing (to the max) the weights you use. if you only want to tone up, use weights that give just enough resistance & increase when it gets way too easy…you’ll know from practice where you want to eventually stop increasing for your preferred look or whatever.
