I've met and hung out with Roya in Costa Rica and Miami. I trust her. I also trust that she knows her family better than I do. Generally speaking, holding assets like real estate is immensely better than cash.
Seems disingenuous. Not 1 iota of background info regarding the situation beyond “sell asset”.
She asked if she was wrong in the post. I think it’s wrong to tell someone who owns a house what to do if you haven’t bought one. Sorry! If you post something and ask if you’re wrong, perhaps someone will agree that you are. Why else would you think that about yourself lol
