thank you! my brothers all think i’m dumb for saying that, but since he’s an immigrant, having a house you own fully in the USA is so crucial for our family.
Yeah the rent is going up everywhere. Even though my friends abroad struggle they have a family to live on for free. Generational wealth is really important for pocs because we don’t have enough in the USA

I've met and hung out with Roya in Costa Rica and Miami. I trust her. I also trust that she knows her family better than I do. Generally speaking, holding assets like real estate is immensely better than cash.
