I was curious how people went fro 3 meals + snacks to one meal/day. My neighbor has been on me to try fasting 16 hrs/day starting 6-8 P. He says it is healthy, but I don't try it because:

1) I enjoy eating

2) my family routines would be affected (Maybe when the kids are grown and gone?)

3) I see how my neighbor tells me how healthy it is, then binges on carbs and sodium as soon at the clock says it is time to eat.

I'm lazy. Cooking once a day cut down the time it took to eat. I found this liberating. Less to clean, less to do. More time to dedicate to things that are more important to me.

Plus, eating fatty beef to satisfaction, I just was rarely hungry more than once a day.

A friend once said he grazes... I don't graze, but I do enjoy the 3x meals/day plan.

Are you morbidly obese?

Haha! Why would you think that?

Because if you are not, and decently metabolically healthy, fasting is not as important.
